Thoughts and Impressions :

Price is excellent

There is plenty of space – two cots for sure. A place for one person.

Small form factor – doesn’t take up much space in pack

Light weight

Excellent quality of the shelter

I’ve been impressed with condensation control even with the tent sealed up & it was pouring freezing rain outside.

Set up is EASY & is straight forward.

No pole is included & I wish that one was. To set this up you will need a pole that is at least 4.3ft long

Tent stakes featured corded pulls that absolutely suck and in fact, one ripped out when removing and I ended up slicing my finger on the cord hook. These will have to be replaced if you purchase this tent; you can use the stakes but the pulls feature a type of cordage that doesn’t hold knots very well.

Tent has been waterproof so far

Porch is nice but not the most useful in rain due to the shape. If you are to use this tent in the rain, I would recommend partially covering the front door with a tarp so you have a place to sit, cook and get out of the weather.

Those are my thoughts and impressions so far with my limited use; this tent is going into testing now and my full review will be coming up in the future. So far, I love what I see here especially for the price….my only grips are the stake pulls which is super minor and a lack of included pole.

I will have a video of the larger version coming up soon so if you have questions concerning it, they will be addressed shortly.
